Order dispatch and lead times

We at Uniforms by Niki know that the Back2School period can be quite stressful, especially during these unprecedented times we are facing. We know your time is precious due to busy (and hectic) lifestyles so we do our best to ensure your child has everything they need to start the new term with their best foot forward! 

We have put together a comprehensive guide to our lead times on processing and dispatching orders during this season. Please note, if you require an item which is showing as Out of Stock, get in touch as we might be able to help!

If your order contains plain items, such as Skirts, Trousers, Shirts/Blouses. Your lead time will be extended by up to 2 weeks as sometimes not all items are in stock. 

Embroidered skirts for St Clere's, Hathaway Academy & Thames Park are currently taking 2-3 weeks to process. Our cut-off date for these items is Sunday 20th August 2023 to ensure you receive these before the new term. 

Orders containing personalised items, including PE kits or Bags, must be placed by 17th August to ensure delivery before the new term. 

Our final dispatch date for orders delivered by Royal Mail is Monday 28th August 2023 to ensure you receive these before the new term (this does not include the processing time). So if you require your order to be delivered then please place your order keeping in mind the processing lead times listed below.

Senior School Lead times

  • Grays Convent: 3-5 working days processing time. Girls Skirts, Trousers and personalised P.E. Kits may take up to 2 weeks. 
  • Hassenbrook Academy: 3-5 working days processing time. Girls skirts may take up to 2 weeks.
  • Hathaway Academy: 3-5 working days processing time.
  • St Clere's School: 3-5 working days processing time. Girls skirts may take up too 2 weeks
  • Thames Park School: 3-5 days processing time. Girls skirts may take up to 2 weeks.
  • Treetops School: 3-5 days processing time.
  • Treetops Free School: 1-2 weeks processing time (Made to order only).

Primary School Lead times

  • Belmont Castle Academy: 3-5 working days processing time.
  • Bonnygate Primary School: 3-5 working days processing time. 
  • Bulphan Castle Academy: 3-5 working days processing time. 
  • East Tilbury Primary: 3-5 working days processing time. 
  • Gateway Primary Free School: 3-5 working days processing time. 
  • Herringham Primary Academy: 3-5 working days processing time. 
  • Holy Cross Catholic School: 3-5 days processing time.
  • Horndon-on-the-Hill Primary School: 3-5 days processing time.
  • Kenningtons Primary Academy: 3-5 working days processing time.
  • Lansdowne Primary Academy: 3-5 working days processing time.
  • Orsett Church of England: 3-5 working days processing time.
  • St Mary's (Tilbury): 3-5 working days processing time.
  • Stanford-Le-Hope Primary School: 3-5 working days processing time. 
  • Stifford Clays Primary School: 3-5 working days processing time.
