Order dispatch and lead times
We at Uniforms by Niki know that the Back2School period can be quite stressful, especially during these unprecedented times we are facing. We know your time is precious due to busy (and hectic) lifestyles so we do our best to ensure your child has everything they need to start the new term with their best foot forward!
We have put together a comprehensive guide to our current lead times on processing and dispatching orders during this season. Please note, if you require an item which is showing as out of stock, get in touch as we might be able to help!
If your order contains plain items, such as Skirts, Trousers, Shirts/Blouses. Your lead time may be extended by up to 7 days as not all items are in stock and would be ordered in just for you.
Embroidered skirts for St Clere's & Thames Park are mostly in stock, however, if you require a certain size/length we can order this in for you but may take 2-3 weeks to process. Our deadline for these items is Sunday 10th August 2025 to allow us enough time to ensure you receive these before the new term.
Orders containing personalised items, including PE kits or Bags, must be placed by 10th August to ensure delivery before the new term.
Bank Holiday Monday 25th August
Our final dispatch date for orders delivered by Royal Mail is Monday 25th August to ensure you receive your orders before the new term (this does not include the processing time). So, if you require your order to be delivered to your home address, then please place your order keeping in mind the processing lead times listed below.
Senior School Lead times
- Grays Convent: Fully Stocked. Girls Skirts, Trousers and personalised P.E. Kits may take up to 2 weeks. Blouses are fully stocked.
- Hathaway Academy: New stock arriving end of July. Girls skirts may take up to 2 weeks.
- St Clere's School: Fully stocked. Girls skirts may take up to 2 weeks
- Thames Park School: New stock arriving end of July. Girls skirts may take up to 2 weeks.
- Treetops School: Fully stocked.
- Treetops Free School: Fully stocked.

- Belmont Castle Academy: Fully stocked.
- Bonnygate Primary School: 2-3 weeks
