Delivery Information


Delivery

- Please allow a minimum of 5-7 working days handling time on all orders.
- During the peak season - April to September, orders can take up to 28 working days to be delivered.
- Items that require specific embroidery or customer requested alterations may take longer.
- Items from our Something Special range can take up to 28 days for delivery.
- All orders are dispatched as promptly as possible.
- All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
- All purchased items will be delivered to the billing address only or your school if the facility has been setup.
- We will only ship goods within the UK.
- On the rare occasion, you may receive separate packages, which arrive on different days.
- We will often send goods that are in stock straight away and send the outstanding goods as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
- We will endeavour to send you an email when your goods are dispatched.

Click & Collect (Linford location only)

-Click & Collect is free.
- Once your order is ready you will be sent an email notification. Collection can by made during our opening times. 
- The location for Click & Collect will be from our Shop based in Walton Hall Farm, Walton Hall Road, Linford SS17 0RH.
-Your order will be kept for 7 days, after which, if it is uncollected, we will cancel your order and issue you with a digital voucher. 

 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service (Suspended)

- Standard charge for this option is - £10.50
- Orders are despatched within 24-48hrs (subject to stock availability).
- Tracked 24 service takes 1 working day for delivery (including Saturdays).
- Orders placed before 12pm can be despatched the same day for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability).
- We cannot accept instructions to leave packages without signatures. 


Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service


- Most UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.
- Standard charge for this option is - £5.49.
- Orders are despatched within 24-48hrs (subject to stock availability).
- Tracked 48 service takes 2 working days for delivery (including Saturdays).
- We cannot accept instructions to leave packages without signatures. 

Delivery Address

Please ensure the delivery details are correct as we can not cover the cost of re-sending orders that have been placed with an incorrect name, address or post code.

- All purchased items must be delivered to the billing address only.
- In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for the item(s) to be collected and the correct one(s) to be dispatched to you.
