Politique d’expédition


- All orders are dispatched as promptly as possible.
- All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
- On the rare occasion, you may receive separate packages, which arrive on different days. 
- We will often send goods that are in stock straight away and send the outstanding goods as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
- We will endeavour to send you an email when your goods are dispatched.

Click & Collect

- Click & Collect is available for orders placed online where the 'Click & Collect' option is selected at the checkout page.
- Once your order is ready, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been prepared and is ready for collection.
- Please ensure you have your order confirmation to hand, as the staff member may need to verify your order number. This can be a print-out or displayed on your phone.
- Please ensure you have a form of ID to hand, as the staff member may need to verify your name and address.


Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

- Standard charge for this option is - £6.49.
- Orders are despatched within 24-48hrs (subject to stock availability, some items can take 10-14 working days to arrive).
- Tracked 24 service takes 1 working day for delivery (including Saturdays).
- Orders placed before 12pm can be despatched the same day for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability).


Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service

- Most UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.
- Standard charge for this option is - £4.99.
- Orders are despatched within 24-48hrs (subject to stock availability. Some items can take 10-14 working days to arrive).
- Tracked 48 service takes 2 working days for delivery (including Saturdays) on top of the processing and handling time of 5-7 days.


Fast Shipping Option - Same/Next day delivery

- We can offer a same day or next day delivery service for £10.00. 
- Subject to availability of stock.

Local Collection From School - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

We are currently providing a free collection service for the following schools:

- Please select the 'Click & Collect' shipping option when placing your order, and add a note to your order stating 'LSC' so we know it is a Local School Collection order.
- Collection is available from the school office during term time only.
- You will receive a separate email from us once your order is ready for collection.
